An Important Message

Several weeks ago, Pastor Comin came to fill our pulpit. With him, he brought the word of God. The message was convicting.

Take a few minutes out of your day.... Listen to the sermon below.

Peace out, Yo?

No doubt all of you (my three precious readers... tee hee hee) have noticed that I haven't posted in quite some time. I didn't even update you on my comment challenge!! Well, life intervened; God had other plans for me.

Schoolwork (4 papers!!), Daniel's costume, Ball planning, the Ball itself, and regular life have kept me quite busy... Not to mention the Swanky Celtic Thunder concert! :-) And, this means I should have lots of blog material!!!

So coming soon:
Celtic Thunder Pictures
Maid Marian Weekend
The BALL!
Week 2 of my comment challenge
And of course... Your weekly economic tidbit

Comments: Update

~Week 1~

So far so good!

Day 1
The Kincell Family blog won the day. =) Their pictures of the "easy" grand march take the cake. I'm still laughing.

Day 2
Jasmine Baucham's blog is delightful. Full of insights & encouragement, her blog is worth checking out! And day 2 was no exception. Her post about world religions and the gospel is definitely something to read! And I needed to encourage her to read Brave New World. ;-)

Day 3
AmandaBeth Online is a wonderful source of modest fashion advice... I was a day late, but I had to wish her a "Happy Belated Birthday!!" Y'all should check out her shoes. Too cute!

Day 4
Mrs. Chancey's trip to London is taking over many blogs. :D And Molly's is not an exception. Her photos of London are breathtaking.

Day 5
From A Blonde's Pen is chalk full of short stories written by a young women named Bonnie. One of her most recent posts, "Taxicabs & Airplanes", is a wonderfully fun read. Pop on over to her corner of the web to read it... I've admired it for some time, and I've finally told her so. :-)

Day 6
Who doesn't like Robin Hood? Um... Nope, can't think of anybody. If you are unconvinced, check out Anna's blog. Her love of the BBC Robin Hood may change your mind. She certainly helped make me a fan!

Day 7 -- posted a day early --
Charity's blog is more opinion oriented than her review site... Her blog is a regular stop on my Internet route each day. Did I mention she really adores Vampire stories? And confession: Yep, they intrigue me too.

Challenge: Comments!

I don't know about the rest of you, but I rarely comment on other blogs. Even the ones that impress, excite, thrill, or move me... I want to break that habit. Blogs need feedback, and I read a lot of blogs. My challenge for myself (and for the rest of you!) is to post a comment every day for 2 weeks. Old posts and new posts... posts that I should have commented on a long time ago. I'm gonna add my 2 cents. So you do the same; comment on all your favorite blogs for the next two weeks.

And spread the word! Along with your comments... add a link to this post.

At the end of each week, I'll share the various blogs and posts that I've commented on. =)
