Got the Studyin' Blues?
Yep, it's finals week once again... Gingerbread and Coffee are the cure. Kiri posted Beth's excellent recipe on her blog a couple of years ago. And I finally got the chance to try it! Yummy. :)
I don't really have a favorite icing recipe. :( The tastiest kind is the kind made by eyeballing some softened butter and powdered sugar together with a little bit of vanilla, but it doesn't ever get firm- causing storage grief. I'm planning to look through my cookbooks for a new recipe tomorrow. I'll let you know what I find!
